Uganda Telecom the countries oldest,communication firm has launched a month long campaign, dubbed ‘The Customer Appreciation Month’, where lucky winners stand a chance to win lots of UTL goodies ranging from, Msente, movie tickets, shopping vouchers and airtime among others. UTL shall reward customers who constantly visit and engage on the different social media pages including facebook and twitter as well as customers who use their products and services.This campaign starts today 24th August 2015 to 24th September 2015. Tell a friend to tell a friend to like our pages and they too can win lots of prizes! #rewardmonth
Speaking at the launch, Regina Corry, Brand and Communications Manager remarked,

Brands now have to evolve from the traditional channels to such new, cost effective and direct channels in order to engage with their key audiences. This is why we have launched this digital campaign which is simply one of the many exciting promotions that the brand intends to launch. We have seen customers stick with the brand, old customers coming back as well as new customers tying the brand. Customers will be rewarded weekly. In the first week they will reward all customers with a 0712 number that has been active till date. Subscribers will be asked to post their names and numbers on the page. All the number posts will be verified to ensure that they have been and are still active.
Winners for this week will be awarded with shopping vouchers for the first 50 number posts.
