The Galaxy S series could soon be the end of Samsung’s flagship series, and it’s time for a higher-end series, yes something more powerful and premium than the Galaxy s5. The Galaxy F aka Galaxy s5 Prime is the long rumored replacement for the crème de la crème of the Korean giant’s phone offerings. The new series is promising all the best and current specs in the mobile industry from a real metal finish like the HTC One, to the latest processor from Qualcomm.
According to a leaked images from trusted sources at EV leaks and Phone Arena, Samsung is working on the Galaxy F that will have a QHD also know as a 2K, 2560 x 1440 QHD display. just like on the LG G3. The new thinner bezels mean that the Galaxy F has a slightly larger display than the Galaxy S5’s 5.1-inch display and latest reports have suggested it has a 5.2-inch or 5.3-inch screen is a possibility. The smartphone will reportedly feature a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor and 3 GB of RAM.
A 16-megapixel rear camera with OIS (optical image stabilization) and a heart rate sensor right below the camera is also speculated on this device. The latest reports suggest that Samsung plans on launching the Galaxy F in September with the Galaxy Note 4.
