Since its inception in Uganda’s the ride sharing app SafeBoda — has been exclusively available for Android users, as they make up the largest percentage of smartphone users in Uganda. Today, the ride sharing company has unveiled the app’s version for iPhone users.
With SafeBoda’s new iOS app, you can get a professional, trained boda boda rider direct to your location at the click of a button. No more walking to the nearest stage or getting on the back of a stranger’s bike.

The company also recently unveiled mobile money payment option ahead of competition like Uber. In order to pay cashless, Users will first need to update the app – which is currently in the Google Play Store only.
