HTC has just announced its flagship phone the HTC One M9, but seems they have a back-up phone in case the M9 wont impress. HTC One M9 Plus photos have allegedly leaked online and the handset is expected to be a version of One M9 with beefed up hardware.
From the leaked photos the unannounced device sports similar design as the regular HTC One M9 with slight differentiation on its main camera unit. It has a circular cutout as opposed to squarish in the One M9 that already debuted.
HTC One M9 Plus is rumored to be released with two different chipsets – a MediaTek MT6795 model could cater to the Chinese market, while a Snapdragon 810 version will be sold elsewhere. The rest of the device’s rumored specs include 5.2” QHD display something the One M9 lacked, fingerprint scanner, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of expandable memory.
